Amanda O'Sullivan has had two books - Bird Book & Suburbia boxset - selected to be part of the 'Books Beyond Words' award for artist books which runs at the East Gippsland Art Gallery (2 Nicholson St, Bairnsdale, Vic. Ph: 03 5153 1988) from 8 August to 1 September.
'Books Beyond Words' aims to showcase excellence in expression, innovation, concept and in the use of materials and contemporary artist books as well as pushing the boundaries of the definition of 'book' and exploring it as a sculptural form.
